What is overlap…?
It began as a simple school project in late 2024 based on my real interests in art and design. I was inspired to start screen printing, a method that many great creatives used as a starting point in their journies. As I developed my skills in screen printing, I started to find my own creative style across the fields of art design.
Overlap… is a project to showcase my art and designs to the world. At the same time it serves the purpose of demonstrating how my abilities and skills and, most importantly, how my creative process has evolved over time. Inspired by the natural world, I try and develop pieces that combine different aspects from my areas of interest in design, art, and fashion.

Since I was young, I’ve been obsessed with creating things with my hands. I love to bring my ideas to life through art and design. Coming from a multicultural background has helped me gain perspective on our world as a person and as a creative. I’m Mexican-American, born in California. I lived most of my childhood in Bogotá, Colombia. Currently I live in Madrid, Spain, where I’m a junior in high school.
I love sneakers and footwear design. Im also really into art, and as of recently creating Overlap… I’ve started to branch out and get more experience doing creative work. I'm heavily inspired by nature and its natural shapes, which I try and implement in most of my pieces and designs.
